Your dedicated Sandalwood horse is assigned for the duration of your trip, allowing you to build a genuine bond with your mount. All safety equipment including helmets, first aid kits, and emergency communication devices are included at no additional cost.
Our guides operate at a maximum ratio of four guests per guide, ensuring personalized attention and the flexibility to adjust pace and routes based on the group’s energy and interests. Meals during riding days feature fresh local cuisine prepared by our team, with special dietary requirements accommodated with advance notice. Unlimited water and refreshments are provided throughout all rides.

Full refund for cancellations 30+ days before departure. 50% refund for 15-29 days. No refund within 14 days. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Date changes are accommodated free of charge with 14+ days notice, subject to availability.
