5-Day Sumba Horse Riding Trip
Our most popular package — five days of beach rides, cultural immersion, and island exploration on horseback through Sumba’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Why the 5-Day Trip Is Our Most Popular Package
The 5-Day Sumba Horse Riding Trip strikes the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation. Five days provides enough time to explore multiple coastlines, visit traditional villages, experience horse swimming, and still have moments of quiet reflection as you watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean from horseback. This is why over sixty percent of our guests choose this itinerary.
Unlike shorter packages that focus on a single area, the 5-day trip takes you across the diverse landscapes of West Sumba — from the turquoise waters of Weekuri Lagoon to the dramatic cliffs of Nihiwatu Beach, through sacred megalithic villages and across sweeping grassland savannas where wild horses roam freely. Each day brings a completely different riding experience.
