The Guests Who Come Back

Around forty percent of our guests book a second or third visit, which is an unusual retention rate in adventure tourism and the number we watch most closely.

Returning riders get priority booking in peak season, an upgrade on the second visit, and access to trips we do not offer first-time visitors — the annual full-moon beach ride and the Pasola viewing trip among them.

Most of them ask for the same guide and the same horse.

Can I leave a review after my trip?

Please do. After your trip you will receive an email with links to Google and TripAdvisor. We read every review personally and use the feedback to change how we operate.

Are these testimonials real?

Yes. They are trimmed for length only and are drawn from guests who rode with us. Longer, unabridged reviews with package and date attached are on our reviews page.

I have never ridden before. Is this really for me?

It is the most common starting point we see. Beginners get a gentle horse, a 1:2 guide ratio and a lesson before any trail. Read Yuki's testimonial above — that reaction is typical rather than exceptional.

Is it suitable for experienced riders?

Yes. Mountain trails, longer distances and more responsive horses are available, and our clinic and private sessions are built for riders who want technique rather than scenery.
